Great question! Back when Diaspora was a thing, instead of a bio or about text you would add 5 hashtags most relevant to you. I fell in love with this way of focusing on the most important things. That's why they show up in my profile all over the web.

I try to keep them up to date, but as with everything, there might be an old set of hashtags out there somewhere. Consider it a glimpse into my past.
